The Insight Coach is committed to making this website usable and welcoming for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies or have access needs.
Our commitment
I want this website to be as inclusive as the coaching and workshops I deliver. Accessibility is built into the design, content and code from the start, not added as an afterthought.
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA (opens in a new tab). We regularly review the site to improve accessibility and fix any issues that arise.
What we have done
Keyboard navigation
Every interactive element — menus, buttons, links, forms and accordions — can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
Screen-reader friendly markup
We use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, descriptive headings and landmark regions so assistive technologies can navigate the site clearly.
Readable text and colour contrast
Body text is sized for readability and colour combinations are chosen to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast requirements.
Accessible media
Images have descriptive alt text, and links that open in a new tab are announced to screen-reader users.
Focus indicators
A visible focus ring appears around interactive elements so you can always see where you are on the page.

I am also happy to discuss adjustments for coaching sessions and workshops, whether online or in person, so that everyone can take part fully.
