Learn moreFrom awareness to action
People don't all work, communicate or respond in the same way. Yet managers can unintentionally make assumptions about how their people should behave, communicate, manage their workload or respond to pressure — and those assumptions create barriers.
Inclusion isn't just about understanding the terminology or having the right policies. It's about what happens in everyday working life. What does a manager do when an employee is struggling? How do they have a conversation about support? How do they avoid making assumptions? How can they recognise when the way work is organised is creating an unnecessary barrier?
My workshops give managers the understanding, confidence and practical tools to answer those questions.
Why work with me?
I bring together professional experience, lived experience and coaching expertise. With more than 20 years as a solicitor, lived experience of disability and professional coaching training, I understand both the organisational perspective and the reality of navigating work when the usual way of doing things doesn't always work for you.
My workshops are practical, accessible and designed to create conversations that lead to action. The aim isn't to make everyone work in the same way — it's to help organisations create the conditions where different people can do their best work.
