Who do you coach?

As a Resilience Coach, I coach disabled and neurodivergent professionals — including people navigating visual impairment, hidden disabilities, neurodiversity (such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia), or a change in health — who want to rebuild confidence, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and thrive at work.

Do I need to be visually impaired to work with you?

No. I draw on my own experience of sight loss, but the coaching is for anyone navigating a disability, neurodivergence, long-term condition, or major life change alongside their career.

How does the coaching work?

Coaching is typically a flexible package of six one-to-one sessions spread over three to six months. We shape the pace and focus around what you need — nothing is prescribed in advance.

Do you meet online or in person?

Both. I'm based in Altrincham, Manchester, so most coaching clients meet with me online; in-person sessions are also available in the Altrincham and Manchester area when practical. Workshops can be delivered at your workplace or online.

Can Access to Work fund my coaching?

In many cases, yes. Access to Work can fund coaching as part of workplace support for disabled and neurodivergent employees. I'm happy to talk you through how the process typically works.

Three: a Resilience Coach workshop, focused on growing forward through change; a Hidden Disabilities workshop for teams and leaders, covering unconscious bias and psychological safety; and a Neuroinclusion workshop on supporting neurodivergent colleagues at work.

Are your workshops only for disability-focused teams?

No. The Resilience Coach workshop is for any team facing change or pressure. The Hidden Disabilities and Neuroinclusion workshops are designed for leaders and teams who want to better understand and support colleagues.
