One-to-one coaching

Rebuild your confidence at work — on your terms

A confidential coaching space led by a Resilience Coach for disabled professionals who are struggling quietly at work — with confidence, identity, adjustments, or the sheer weight of holding it all together.

How it works

The shape of the work

  1. 1

    Free discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to explore where you are, what you want, and whether we're a good fit.

  2. 2

    Six coaching sessions

Held over three to six months — you set the agenda, I bring the structure and challenge. Online or in person in Altrincham, Manchester.

  3. 3

    Grow forward

You leave with clarity, confidence and tools you continue to use long after our work ends.

What you'll get

Outcomes clients tell me about

  • Confidence that holds up on the hard days
  • Clarity on your next step — staying, changing or returning
  • The words for talking about adjustments and boundaries
  • Momentum and follow-through, not another plan in a drawer
  • Resilience tools you keep for the long term
  • A professional identity that fits who you are now

Access to Work

You may be able to have this coaching funded

The UK Government's Access to Work scheme can cover coaching costs for disabled employees and self-employed workers. I regularly work with clients whose sessions are funded this way.
