Resilience at Work
Resilience at Work
Resilience isn't about expecting people to simply cope with more. It's about understanding what affects our capacity, recognising the signs that we're running low on resources and developing practical ways to respond to pressure and change.
This workshop gives teams and leaders tools to understand resilience, recognise what influences their energy and capacity, and make sustainable changes that support wellbeing and performance. Delivered online or in person from Manchester, UK.

What we cover
Grounded, honest, useful
Each workshop is shaped around your team — the people in the room, the challenges you're actually facing, and the change you want to see. Common themes we work with:
- Recognising the negativity bias and gently interrupting it
- The ABCs of Resilience — a simple, memorable framework
- The CHECK model for taking the heat out of a hard moment
- Tiny Power Moves — small actions that rebuild agency
- Building a support team you can actually lean on
- Sustaining resilience through longer chapters of change
Formats
Half-day, full-day or a series
