Workplace Inclusion Surgery

A confidential space for employees who are struggling at work.

Sometimes people know something at work isn’t working, but don’t know why — or don’t feel comfortable raising it with their manager or HR. The Workplace Inclusion Surgery gives them somewhere independent to talk it through and helps your organisation understand the barriers that may be getting in the way.

A safe space to talk

Employees have a confidential 40-minute conversation with me, an independent ICF ACC coach. They can talk about whatever is making work harder. They don’t need a diagnosis, to identify as disabled or neurodivergent, to know what support they need or to have already identified an adjustment.

The focus is on the individual and what would help them move forward.

We might explore

  • Workload and overwhelm
  • Organisation, prioritisation and executive functioning
  • Communication and confidence
  • Self-advocacy and managing change
  • Workplace barriers, neurodivergence or disability
  • Possible workplace adjustments and practical ways of working

Completely confidential

Employees book directly with me through a private booking system. I do not share individual information or the content of individual conversations with the organisation.

If someone wants further one-to-one coaching, they can discuss it with me. That coaching remains separate from organisational reporting and confidential.

Insight for your organisation

After each surgery, I provide an anonymised Workplace Insight Report. It can highlight:

  • Recurring workplace barriers and themes
  • What employees say is helping
  • Areas where people may need more support
  • Practical recommendations and opportunities to improve workplace practices or communication
  • Where further training or support may be useful

Reports reflect only the employees who use the service. They are not an employee survey and should not be treated as representative of the whole organisation.

Helping people work better

The aim isn’t to change people to fit the workplace.

It’s to understand what’s getting in the way and explore what could make things work better. Employees can find practical strategies and feel more confident communicating their needs; organisations gain independent insight into barriers people may not feel able to raise internally.

If you’re responsible for people, HR, inclusion or employee experience, let’s explore whether a Workplace Inclusion Surgery could work for your organisation.
